Here's how it works: From the day you purchase any product from HandFan, you have the next 30 days to live with it, vibe with it, take it to sports events, snap pictures of it, do whatever it takes to ensure you love it. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can choose a full refund or exchange it for your perfect healthy companion.
Our return window is set at 30 days. To enhance safety standards, received returns will be quarantined at our shipping facility for 3 days before processing. Please allow a minimum of 6 business days for our team to process your return. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank's clearance times.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
This won't take long! Have your shipping postcode and order number ready. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation email or on the order card included in your package.

Eligibility for Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact HANDFAN Customer Support at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Provide relevant photos or evidence, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue, including offering a return, exchange, or repair.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, please contact our customer support before the end of the trial period. We'll assist you in processing the return and arranging a full refund or product exchange.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
- On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage/Loss caused by customers is non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
- If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
- No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Keep the Product Intact: All products to be returned must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition with complete accessories and manuals. We recommend careful packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Cover the Return Shipping Fee: Returns require the payment of the return shipping fee, which is your responsibility. Please package the product securely and choose a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the product.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the requirements, we will process your refund in 3 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
